    Phase 2 is complete on the basis that the Login facility works so clients can now register and make use of the information we have. Each hospital can now see all the categories they use and order any they are short of on-line. 70% of hospitals have also got the discharge information cards they use listed as a pdf which they can print off direct from the web site.     Well within 2 weeks of seeing the design ideas of several companies for a new advertising campaign for the ASYST call centre, the printers are busy getting the new advert onto our cards.

    We are fitting out the two brand new PFI hospitals in Pontyfract and Pinderfields. A huge job which will take 21 of our new anti-microbial racks, yes even our racks are anti-microbial now.     Well another week end gone and no let up with the weather. Although it has been very hit and miss in Blackpool. Even though we have had very little if any snow it was cold enough to postpone the big match Blackpool v Manchester United on Friday afternoon for it to be positively mild come Saturday tea time.     We have been printing "in-house" for 12 months now using our 2 Xerox 700 DocuColour Printers.

    Over this time we have produced over 2 Million Patient Information Leaflets and over 1,000 handbooks for our clients up and down the country.

    Since we have brought the printing in-house we have improved significantly on our lead times, with 95% of orders being dispatched within 36 hours of receipt of orders, with 70% going next day to our hospitals.

    We took delivery last week of our second batch of Anti-Microbial paper, 5 tons of the stuff and by the sounds of the huffing and puffing I've heard today, all that silver ion technology must make it weigh even more than normal paper. All our card and paper is now protected in this way which means all our clients are too.
